General Notes

  • Clubs to upload required details with the supporting documents on the mentioned dates.
  • All Achievements need to be completed on time and in line with all aspects stipulated in the respective Achievements Descriptions in the subsequent part of this document.
  • The President / VP Education of a club are required to verify and authenticate supporting documents for correctness and completeness, prior to submission.
  • The Decision of District PQD shall be final and binding for all Hall of Fame Awards Entries.

Training To ensure adequate learning and leadership skills of Club Leadership Team members. All 7 members of the Club ExCom attend the 1st Session of the Club Officers Training Program. As per COT Events. Will be collected by pq TEAM

Training To encourage members to contribute to Quality Judging, Imbibe Analytical Skills, and create a more comprehensive and diverse pool of Qualified and Committed Judges. 3 members to attend a District sponsored Judges Training Program and demonstrate attendance As announced by District PQD Team. The list will be verified by the PQD team against JTP Participants' confirmation from the District Team / JTP Organizers, along with the Names of Judges and their Clubs. In the case of Multiple Memberships, all clubs get a credit.
Training To encourage the involvement of leaders in District Affairs The President & Vice President of Education of the Club should attend the First District Executive Council meeting that will be conducted online. As announced by District PQD Team Will be collected by pq TEAM
Education To encourage members to pursue educational goals and deliver speeches. Two members complete one Pathway in all aspects and are approved in the Basecamp, to be reflected in the TMI Dashboard. Members with Dual or Multiple memberships shall be tracked to their home club, as on Basecamp & credit will only go to that single club. 30th April 2025 Will be collected by pq TEAM
Education To encourage members to pursue educational goals and deliver speeches. Five members complete any one level of any Pathway in all aspects and are approved in the Basecamp, to be reflected in the TMI Dashboard. Members with Dual or Multiple memberships shall be tracked to their home club, as on Basecamp & credit will only go to that single club. 30th April 2025 Will be collected by pq TEAM
Membership Building  To encourage Clubs to renew OR add new members well in advance to Enhance the quality and create a positive learning environment. 12 members to be renewed for the renewal period of October to March. 12 Members should be reflected on the dashboard upon October opening. 30th September 2024 Will be collected by pq TEAM

Membership Building  To encourage clubs to work together to help the District achieve the Coveted Smedley Champion District Award, which District 105 was achieving in the past. Adding 5 or more new/reinstated/dual members in Aug & Sep 2024 30th September 2024 Will be collected by pq TEAM
Membership Building  To encourage clubs to achieve the Talk Up Toastmaster award announced by TMI  Adding 5 or more new/reinstate/dual members in Feb / Mar 2025 31st March 2025 Will be collected by pq TEAM
Membership Building  To encourage clubs to achieve healthy club membership status. Dashboard must reflect 20+ active members as of 30th April 2025  30th April 2025 Will be collected by pq TEAM
Membership Building  To reach out to prospective members and expand the base of the club through activities outside the club that will attract more members to the fraternity  The session must be well publicized and attended by people outside the club. A Guest register must be maintained to capture their details. A photo of which shall be uploaded with other proof. 30th April 2025  Meeting Agenda / Flyer / 3 Photographs and Guest Register Page Photo must be uploaded.
Public Relations  To ensure that the club's publicity is one of the priorities to attract new members and grow. 10 Flyers / Posters of any of the club meetings can be randomly selected and uploaded  30th April 2025. The date and details must match, the documents should be in IMAGE format ( PNG / JPEG) & all 10 must be uploaded before 30th April 2025 
Mentoring To encourage and establish an effective Mentoring Program in Clubs A formal consolidated Mentoring program is rolled out for all members by the club, and a report must be uploaded on the District Website. 30th November 2024 The report must be uploaded with the names of all the club members and their mentors before the 30th of November 2024.
Education To encourage and inculcate Club Introspection and Feedback for identifying strengths and areas of improvement A formal Moment of Truth Session must be conducted & Action Plan must be submitted to the Area Director. 31st October 2024 Club must upload the AGENDA / Flyer, and a screenshot of the email sent to AD before 31st October 2024. The PQ team will take confirmation in this regard from the respective AD.
Education To ensure adequate learning for Members towards Better Speaker and Club Leadership knowledge. Any competent member to conduct a formal Education Session. A total of 3 such sessions must be conducted. It can be either from the TMI Better Speaker or Successful Club Series. A formal agenda / Flyer needs to be uploaded before 30th April 2025
