Welcome to another year filled with exciting challenges that will push us to upskill, connect with resourceful individuals, enhance our knowledge, and expand our comfort zones.

Whatever results await us at the end of the year, June 30, 2025, we can surely make a positive difference through diligent planning and sincere efforts.

Our district this year is blessed with a perfect blend of the experience of seasoned Toastmasters and the exuberance of young emerging leaders. Our diversity is our strength. We have members who are Omani, Emirati, Jordanian, Palestinian, Asian, and from multiple other demographics. The active involvement and eagerness of this diverse group will be the biggest game-changer of the year.

Let us work together as a district, considering each member of District 105 as an important contributor to our common goal. Let us complement each other at every step of the journey forward, embodying the core values of Toastmasters: integrity, respect, service, and excellence.

Let’s make learning our primary focus for the year. To encourage and grow our members, we must learn to unlearn unproductive methods and embrace new ways and procedures. We also must take care not to dwell just on learning, unlearning, and relearning. Let us remember to enjoy the journey. We must celebrate every success and recognise every milestone.
