In my capacity as the District Leadership Committee (DLC) Chair for District 105, I hereby invite nominations from active members of our District to serve as District Officers during the Toastmasters term 2025-2026 for the following positions:

1. District Director
2. Program Quality Director
3. Club Growth Director
4. Division Directors (Current Divisions A to I)

Nomination Procedure 

Please complete the forms listed below along with the required information and submit by email to the DLC Chair at jamshak@gmail.com. The last date to receive completed nominations is by midnight on Friday, 31 January 2025 (GMT+4 Time Zone). Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

List of Forms and Information required for Nomination submission:

1. District Leader Nominating Form (attached)
2. District Leader Agreement & Release Statement Form (attached)
3. District Leader Biographical Information Form (attached)
4. List of Club/District Offices held (snapshot from Toastmasters Profile)
5. A passport-size photograph

Important Note:

Only those candidates who submit their nominations and complete the evaluation process by the DLC are eligible to run as a nominated candidate or from the floor at the Annual District Council meeting. Those who fail to submit the nomination by the given deadline will not be eligible to run as a nominated candidate or from the floor.

You are encouraged to seize this opportunity to serve our District and its members. Serving as a District Officer not only satisfies a milestone on the path to Distinguished Toastmaster status but more importantly, it provides a fulfilling and invaluable experience within your Toastmasters journey.

You may also nominate dedicated members of our District who you believe have the potential to serve in these District Leadership roles.
